What’s this about?
We’ve created a patient referral program - PEEPS REWARDS - to help spread the word about Perception Optical. As a ‘thanks’, we are offering happy Perception patients a way to earn real cash.
How does it work?
For every five new patients you refer to us and they each make a qualifying purchase in the Optical Shop, you receive $300 cash rewards via a VISA Prepaid Card. You can use it anywhere you want!
What next?
When you enroll, you'll be mailed (or can pick-up in shop) Five (5) PEEPS REWARDS CARDS to share with anyone at all. The cards are valid for 1 year from enrollment and we’ll keep track of it all for you.
When all five (5) PEEPS come visit and make a qualifying purchase, YOU'LL GET $300 CASH GIFT CARD to use however, wherever, whenever you want.
